Nature of Service

tatkalticket.online provides booking assistance and technical support only. We are not affiliated with or authorized by Indian Railways or IRCTC.

All train tickets are booked exclusively through the official IRCTC website or mobile application using passenger-provided details.

Service Fees

Any amount charged by tatkalticket.online is a service or assistance fee for time, effort, and technical support provided during Tatkal booking attempts.

  • Service fees are separate from IRCTC ticket fares
  • Ticket fares are charged directly by IRCTC
  • Service fees do not include the train ticket cost

Non-Refundable Service Fee

Once Tatkal booking assistance has started, the service fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of the booking outcome.

Non-confirmation of tickets due to IRCTC system load, quota exhaustion, or technical issues does not qualify for a service fee refund.

When Refund May Be Considered

Refund of service fees may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Service fee paid but no booking attempt was initiated
  • Duplicate payment made for the same request
  • Technical error on our side preventing service delivery

Any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Ticket Cancellation & IRCTC Refunds

Ticket cancellation, partial refunds, and fare deductions are governed solely by IRCTC rules and Indian Railways policies.

tatkalticket.online does not control IRCTC refund timelines, cancellation charges, or fare deductions.

Incorrect Passenger Details

tatkalticket.online shall not be responsible for booking failure, cancellation, or financial loss arising from incorrect or incomplete passenger details provided by the user.

In such cases, no service fee refund will be applicable.

Payment Methods

Service fees may be collected through digital payment methods such as UPI, bank transfer, or other supported modes.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding service fees, users are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or complaint.

Policy Updates

tatkalticket.online reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Service Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
